Chinalinks is an international education cooperation platform established by 360 Education Online. The members of Chinalinks are made up of relevant leaders or persons in charge of international exchange offices and international education faculties of hundreds of universities at home and abroad. They are unions based on 360 Education Online and give full play to the platform's own media advantage. Chinalinks unites hundreds of colleges and universities of international exchange union, and establishes stable cooperation with cultural and educational institutions in the core countries of the Belt and Road Initiative: Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, and Indonesia to provide a platform for domestic and foreign universities to promote the development of higher education in the Belt and Road countries and regions.

随着中国与多国之间的经贸、教育和文化等方面的交流合作愈加频繁，前来中国留学和进修的各国学生逐年在增加。2000年850余人在中国留学进修，2015年赴华学习人数达到近40万人。近几年人数还在不断增加，所涉及的专业由单一的汉语语言文化和中医等增加到经济、法律、新闻、国际关系、理工科、医学等。

As the exchanges and cooperation in economics, trade, education and culture between China and many countries become more and more frequent, students from all over the world who come to study in China are increasing year by year. In 2000, only more than 850 people studied in China, but in 2015, the number has reached nearly 400,000. The number has continued to increase in recent years. The majors involved have increased from a single Chinese language culture and Chinese medicine, to economics, law, journalism, international relations, science and engineering, medicine, etc.
