I. Project introduction
In order to cultivate global governance talents with broad international vision, excellent comprehensive quality, excellent leadership ability and cross-cultural background, the Management Committee of the National Study Abroad Fund (hereinafter referred to as the National Fund Committee for Study Abroad) implements the Chinese government's excellent scholarship program for studying in China.

4. Training method and duration of funding
In principle, it is a one-year (12-month) master's degree program. Some projects adopt the "1+1" model, that is, students complete full-time basic course study, inspection and research in Chinese project colleges and universities in the first academic year, and complete the preparation of the dissertation. In the second academic year, they return to their home country to complete the dissertation according to the actual situation of their own work, and come to China to defend their dissertation according to the requirements of the colleges and universities, and those who pass the degree will get a degree.

III. Application Conditions
1. Non-national of the People's Republic of China, not more than 45 years old, physical and mental health.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, three years or more of work experience; major study or work background related to the applied for is preferred.
3. Applicants must be one of the following four categories:
1 Public officials at the level (or corresponding level) and above of government departments in the host country;
2. Senior managers of institutions and enterprises;
3. Administrative personnel of universities and scientific research institutions;
4 Personnel with relevant experience in serving or internships in international organizations.
4. The pre-admission notice issued by the international student admission department of the applicant college must contain personal information, admission time, professional information and other information necessary for the registration of colleges and universities, and shall not contain the content that has won or promised to win scholarships from the Chinese government.
IV. Application method
1. Online application
Applicants should log in to the Chinese Government Scholarship Study Abroad Management Information System (http:// studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login) online before 24:00 Beijing time on April 15, 2024, and submit application materials to the National Fund for Study Abroad.
At the time of declaration, the applicant should have obtained a pre-admission notice issued by one of the sub-items listed in the project. The type of online newspaper scholarship chooses "Type A", the acceptance agency code is 1563, and the application project is "Excellent Scholarship Project of the Chinese Government to Study in China".
2. Acceptance method
The National Fund Committee for Studying Abroad directly accepts individual applications, reviews the materials submitted by applicants and organizes expert reviews.
V. Evaluation and Admission
1. The National Fund for Study Abroad conducts a preliminary examination of the application materials.
2. The National Fund Committee for Studying Abroad organizes expert review, and the final admission results will be determined after expert review.
